This equipment was installed into a finished-good outcome conveyor belt. The main problem there was insects coming in by the belt, so we carried out the metal structure project in order to support the curtains. We then assembled two fore chambers, one internal and the other external with six air curtains altogether. There is a quick door in each edge of the chamber, and one door does not open while the other is open, mainly to aid preventing insects. In addition, whenever a door is open, the whole curtain set is used. In the structure conception, acrylic windows were installed as well, so that operators can see the material when it is in the fore chamber. Such project can also be applied in belts, pedestrian entries, docks and to create a sanitary barrier in food or chemical companies. This project is carried out according to customers’ needs and room dimensions.
